A knowledge organiser is a go-to document for a topic/unit of work: each one identifies the key information that children need to have learned by the end of a topic. It also acts as a tool to support children in retaining and retrieving knowledge for life-long learning.
We are currently in the process of developing knowledge organisers for our wider curriculum subjects. At present, we are developing these for Science, Geography, Art and Design, Design and Technology and History. Once we have completed the documents for these subjects, and have assessed their impact, we intend to begin work on additional subjects. We hope to have these published as soon as possible.
