Welcome to Nursery!

We’re thrilled to welcome our new nursery children, aged 3–4, to school this September!

Rooted in our caring, inclusive ethos, the nursery offers a warm and stimulating environment where children can play, learn, and grow with confidence. With experienced staff, engaging activities, and strong links to our Reception class, it’s the perfect start to your child’s learning journey.

We offer two options for nursery places:
  • 15 hours: 8:30am – 11:30am
  • 30 hours funded: 8:30am – 3:00pm
We encourage all children to enjoy a hot school meal, available for just £2.40 per day. Fresh fruit and milk are provided free of charge.
Need extra time in the afternoon? Additional sessions can be booked for £12.50 per afternoon (meal not included – hot meals must be paid for separately).

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my child eligible for a funded 30 hour place?

The amount of free childcare you can get depends on:

  • your child’s age and circumstances
  • whether you’re working (employed, self-employed, or a director)
  • your income (and your partner’s income, if you have one)
  • your immigration status

The number of hours of free childcare you can get depends on the age of your child:

  • If your child is 9 months to 2 years old: Children aged 9 months to 2 years old currently get 15 hours of free childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year. From September 2025 this will increase to 30 hours per week.
  • If your child is 3 to 4 years old: You can get 30 hours per week of free childcare for 38 weeks of the year.
